What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your festival's name, roughly when it is, and anything you write in the message box. It is emailed to festivals@feralsloth.com and read by a person. There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party cookies on this website.
What happens to it
It is used to reply to you and to talk about running your festival on Feral Sloth. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to anyone else. Email is sent through Resend, and this site is hosted on Vercel; both hold the message in transit as part of doing that.
The app is separate
The festival app at festival.feralsloth.com has its own accounts, its own data and its own terms, which you agree to when you sign up there. Attendee marketing email there is off unless you turn it on, and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Festival organisers are never given attendee email addresses.
Asking us to delete it
Email festivals@feralsloth.com and say so, and the enquiry and the reply thread are deleted. Enquiries are kept only while they are being followed up, and are not archived afterwards.
